SVG Napkin Look and Feel

Several ideas inspired me to attempt to implement the Napkin Look and Feel using SVG. They include the following:

Java Swing napkin look and feel, since "when people see a GUI mock-up, or a complete GUI without full functionality, they assume that the code behind it is working".
UML sequence diagrams with a napkin look and feel, and the related crazyLine method.
SVG DOM chamber, which provides a useful example for regenerating SVG with a client-only application.

The following figure shows an example of the napkin look and feel implemented using SVG.
